Aluminum Micropore sound absorption ceiling is made of 1001H24/3003H24 national standard aluminum hot-rolled aluminum alloy which meets the standard of GB3880. The thickness varies from 0.7mm to 1.0mm with an erro less than 20um.Coating thickness more than 60um in milky white. Once Compression Forming to make sure the panel flat and smooth enough and guarantee a better performance.The height of the flanging is 22mm.

Filling: Use the world-class sound-absorbing cotton.

Hardware Equipments:Hangers of the Ceiling shall use hot-dip galvanized screw of diameter 6 cm; Main channel should use hot-dip metal triangle channel of size 30mm*30mm; Diameter of the main material shall be 1.8mm or 2.2mm, while the center distance between holes shall be 5mm      5mm perforating rate is 18% with high-quality sound-absorption non-woven fabric sticked  in the back.We provide specialized hanging system with: galvanized 38 main channel (section size: 12*38*1.0mm),hanger for 38 main channel, triangle galvanized channel , triangle hanger . The distance between the hanger shall be less than 1200mm to make sure every panel could install or uninstall individually.

Acid Resistant:Immersed in hydrochloric acid solution for 24H,ceilings still works good without any changes

Alkali Resistant:Immersed in  solution for 24H,ceilings still works good without any changes

Oil Resistant:Immersed in solution for 24H,ceilings still works good without any changes

Qualifications

Passed the Type Test of National Standard GB/T23444-2009.

Passed the Grade A2 Type Test of GB8624-2012 

Passed the GB20247-2006/ISO354:2003 with NRC=0.95 and passed the firs grade inspectation of GB16731-1997.
